Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Marshall Melts. All of our products are handmade with love in the UK.

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery We ship all UK orders via Evri. Estimated delivery times once dispatched: 2–5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Free Shipping We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £25.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at marshallmelts@yahoo.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
